Score each automation candidate for value and effort, find the highest-value lowest-effort winner, and write its one-line done sentence.
Your automation candidates
Take your triaged list and look only at the automation column. Give each item two quick scores out of five: value (hours, money, errors avoided, stress removed) and effort (time, money, fiddle). Be selfish - anything that personally saves you time scores higher.
