Chapter 8: Keystone: Your Company's Second Brain

Only You Know This

Write down three or more things only you would know if you vanished tomorrow. They become the first entries in your Keystone.

Things only you know

If you vanished tomorrow, what would only you know? The real reason a major client stays. The workaround that keeps a fiddly process running. The supplier you would never use again, and why. Aim for three - then, if you are in the mood, spend twenty minutes brainstorming more. It is usually a worrying amount of stuff.
