Triage Your Bottleneck List
Sort your task list into Human, Automation, or AI. The machine proposes a triage with its reasoning; you overrule it where it is wrong.
Your triage board
Get out your bottleneck list - every task that stops and waits for you - and paste it below, one task per line. If a task is really a chain of smaller links, break it up first; the machine will nudge you if it spots one. Then let it propose, and overrule it wherever it is wrong.
